Slovak Mobility 07.11.-12.11.

Thanks to job shadowing and good practice exchange of all participant teachers increased their own language, social, emotional and cultural competences. They gained new skills and knowledge for their work and it improved their own satisfaction/motivation. The participants had a possibility to reinforce the cooperation which can help them to start a new project in the future. They exchanged their experiences as for distance teaching which helped them to undergo the difficult situation in schools worldwide.

Slovak pupils experienced new kinds of lessons with the foreign guests and their intercultural competences as well as language and social skills were trained which have increased their motivation for the project itself and for learning better languages, Geography, History, etc.  They became aware of other European countries and acquired new knowledge. Their critical thinking is being built and their positive attitudes toward foreigners means that their tolerance went up.
